The park rules

Where the ETH comes from.

PARK does not print rewards. Every reward starts as a real fee paid by someone trading PARK on pons.

One trade. Three paths.

1.00%Trading fee
0.30%pons
0.49%Developer
0.21%Parked users

pons first divides the 1% fee: 30% stays with pons and 70% becomes the creator fee. PARK then divides that creator fee: 70% goes to the developer and 30% goes to parked users.

What “park it” means.

You transfer PARK into the staking contract. Your PARK does not enter a lending market and is not used as trading liquidity. You can unpark it at any time.

When ETH fees arrive, the contract records each wallet’s share. You can collect that ETH in one transaction.

Boosts are permanent burns.

A boost destroys PARK and permanently increases that wallet’s fee weight. It does not multiply the amount of ETH in the pool. A higher weight receives a larger part of the same finite pool.

Burning cannot be undone. These thresholds are inexpensive near PARK’s planned starting value, so they are a participation and scarcity mechanic—not a promise of exclusive status.

What PARK does not do.

  • No token emissions advertised as yield.
  • No rebases or balance increases made from nothing.
  • No guaranteed return or fixed ETH rate.
  • No lock on your staked PARK. Only tier burns are permanent.
  • No Morpho, Stock Token, or cover-pool risk in this release.

What can go wrong.

  • Low trading: fewer PARK trades means fewer ETH fees.
  • Token and liquidity: PARK can fall sharply or become difficult to trade.
  • Contracts: bugs can cause partial or total loss.
  • pons dependency: fee collection depends on pons V2 and its fee escrow.
  • Fee routing: pons governance currently has a disclosed, timelocked power to change a launch’s creator-fee recipient.
  • Wallet tiers: sophisticated users may pool through contracts, changing the effective distribution.
  • Eligibility: you are responsible for following the rules that apply where you live.

Check the contracts.

Contract and verification links appear here after deployment. Until then, PARK is not open.
